mencoder mesage:
    videocodec: libavcodec (720x576 fourcc=3267706d [mpg2])
    [mpeg2video @ 00997678]Warning min_rate > 0 but min_rate != max_rate 
isn't recommended!

output MPEG2 file also not fine :(
