[MEncoder-users] Livestream from Axis IP Cam to Helix???

Hello, 

I can access an IP camera about "mplayer
rtsp://192.168.6.90/mpeg4/1/media.amp" with the MPlayer. About the Mplayer I
can see the Livestream. 

How I can stream with the Encoder submit a Livestream from this to the helix
server? I would like to make a video from the original to mobile telephones
in 3gp/h263. How can I do this?
