I figured out how to do .wmv to .mp3, now I cannot get .rm to .mp3 . I have
every codec from the mplayer site, but cannot run mencoder without errors when
going from .rm to .mp3 .  Using this:

prompt>mencoder test.rm -oac mp3lame -lameopts preset=32 -lameopts ratio=100
-lameopts aq=9 -lameopts br=3 2 -ovc frameno -of rawaudio -o c:\test.mp3

I get these errors:

I am on windows 2000, do I need a different build?  I have all the latest codecs
in the folder with mencoder.exe , any other suggestions would be greatly
