[MEncoder-users] FLV -> WMV, some files cannot be opened in windows movie maker..

Hi
I am trying to convert a bunch of FLV files to WMV to open into windows
movie maker.
ffmpeg -y -vcodec msmpeg4 -acodec mp3 -vtag MP43 -i test.flv test.wmv

However, some files (around 3 out of 10) are not working in the movie maker
software, and it gives errors. Others are working fine.
All these files play fine in media player, though.

Any suggestions?
