sample uploaded, hope 30 sec to be enought, at the beginning you have one of
the 'not very good even in the raw' scenes.

About the command line is hard to tell, have tried lots of lavc options,
without knowing anything about these options :(, until I got to the
conclusion that the only really important to solve that issue were the video
filters, and then i discovered the "inverse telecine", so right now I'm using
my usual lavc settings.
mencoder -fps 120000/1001 -ofps 24000/1001 "$1" -oac lavc -ovc
lavc -idx -ffourcc DIVX -o "$1".1 -lavcopts
trell:mbd=2:v4mv:vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=800:acodec=mp3:abitrate=64:vpass=1 -vf
filmdint=io=120000/1001:24000/1001:fast=0,softskip,hqdn3d
I normally use scale=512x384, removed it because I have read to do it
somewhere...
