[MEncoder-users] Inverse telecine? framerate from 120000/1001 to 24000/1001

Hi,
Anime raws...

Not sure of what I'm talking about, but I think that "inverse telecine" 
(whatever that means) is what I'm looking for.

Have tried pullup and filmdint filters, maybe the best result till now was 
with filmdint=io=120000/1001:24000/1001:fast=0,softskip. But some scenes, 
which aren't very good even in the raw file, are still bad.

Please help.
