[MEncoder-users] Thumbnail creation

Hi all,

I'm trying to generate a thumbnail image from a given video file a user
uploads to a site. I also want to specify the timecode the thumb is taken
from, seconds is enough precision, no frame-accuracy is needed.
I've already searched the manpages and the online docs, but I still can't
figure out how to get it working.

Any hints are highly appreciated.
