[MEncoder-users] Hardcode Subtitles

Here's the deal,

I have a dsm-320 media player, ii use this to watch media on my home tv
system, using the PC as a server
The media player does not handle subtitles so they need to be hard coded.

So currently ii have the following....

movie.m2v
movie.ac3
movie.idx
movie.ifo
movie.sub
 
Everything has been ripped directly from DVD, no shrinking or resizing
at all - and none needed!

How do ii put these all together to have the subtitles hard coded in?

I want mpeg2 format out also!
