[MEncoder-users] PNG to AVI : Error while decoding frame!

I don't see anything that should be wrong there. Please tar/zip up 
enough files for a test case and upload the archive to either your 
public web server or ftp://ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/

Once you do that somebody can test and maybe see what's wrong.
