example for two pass encoding:
mencoder -ovc xvid -nosound -xvidencopts pass=1:vhq=4:qpel:trellis -vf
pp=ac [source] -o /dev/null
mencoder -ovc xvid -nosound -xvidencopts
pass=2:bitrate=[xxxx]:vhq=4:qpel:trellis -vf pp=ac [source] -o [destination]
!!! NOT USED "GMC" for standalone DVD palyer !!!
