Works with VLC and Xine atleast.

This creates an avi named .rm containing rv20 video. This is a very unusual
combination, and it's not surprising that no other player can play it. I don't
know if ffmpeg can remux it from avi to rm.

Again, makes a avi file with, at best, qtvideo inside.
