[MEncoder-users] Help! Need to convert rmvb to xdiv but got thefollowing error

I found this:

RealPlayer libraries currently only work with Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD and 
Cygwin on the x86, Alpha and PowerPC (Linux/Alpha and Linux/PowerPC have 
been tested) platforms and with Mac OS X.

Does it means that I can't convert it on Windows platform? Why I have no 
problem of playing it?
