[MEncoder-users] Please Help! Need to convert rmvb to xdiv

Hello,

I need to covert lots of movie in rmvb format to avi (xdiv)  format with 
160x120 resolution.
I downloaded the mplayer and codec into my Windows XP laptop. Now, I have no 
problem of play rmvb and xdiv movie with mplayer but I have no idea how to 
convert rmvb to avi(divx)
Could someone please write the command line for me?
