[MEncoder-users] -ffourcc avc1 -of lavf = floating point exception

mkvmerge wouldn't accept h264 as fourcc in the mp4 file I created with 
mencoder, so I tried to remux it:

mencoder-cvs -ovc copy -nosound -ffourcc avc1 -of lavf -lavfopts 
format=mp4 CCS.try1.mp4 -o CCS.try2.mp4

This results in a floating point exception directly after WRITTEN HEADER 
(no matter how many -v I add to the command line)

remove -ffourcc avc1 and it works just fine. this is with the latest cvs 
(updated just a few minutes ago). Known issue?
