[MEncoder-users] Mencoder freezing while called from java app

Gentlemen,

Hope you have time for this:
mencoder.exe is being called up from inside Java app via a batch file.
And it freezes at 2% going through the file. If I run same batch from
command line - works fine. What gives? Mplayer works fine.
BTW, mecoder converts WMV to DIVX AVI and resizes it at the same time.
