[MEncoder-users] Best XviD Two-Pass Settings

I am trying to figure out the best XviD two pass settings for ripping from a
VOB file.  Right now this is what I have (using multiple lines for
readability):
 
/usr/local/bin/mencoder MY.VOB -ovc xvid -xvidencopts \           
bitrate=5000:pass=1:\
min_iquant=1:max_iquant=31:min_pquant=1:max_pquant=31:min_bquant=1:max_bquan
t=31:\

I'm using CVS XviD 1.1 (beta), and Mplayer1.0pre6a on FreeBSD 5.3.
 
If there are any XviD experts in the group, I'd love to hear what you think
(or not) of these settings.
