[MEncoder-users] mencoder does not record sound using -ovc x264

Successful job following line.
 Mencoder -tv 
driver=v4l:width=352:height=288:chanlist=us-bcast:channel=25:norm=ntsc:adevice=/dev/dsp:audiorate=32000:forceaudio
tv:// -o tv.avi -ovc lavc -oac lavc -endpos 5
 tv.avi file plays very well.
 But I set parameter to -ovc x264 . it can't record sound.
