It does NOT "reduce the file". All it does is store B frames in a
totally incorrect, broken way. FYI lavc does support this and has
since a long time ago, maybe always. But it still should not be used
because it's in violation of the mpeg4 spec. It was a stupid hack by
the divx people to deal with the fact that avi doesn't actually allow
B frames.
