There's nothing wrong here, this is standard output from MPlayer/Mencoder
when opening an MPEG file when you don't have a hardware MPEG card. Is this
the entire output? show -v. show the command line.

Didn't he mention he's using windows? :) AFAIK avidemux2 doesn't work
