[MEncoder-users] OGM container

Hi!
Maybe this question is not for mencoder list, nevertheless: 
how I can create OGM container without ogmmerge or where I can get windows port of ogmmerge or yours variants? 
I found a lot of examples and create 2 files with video and sound with mencoder - film.avi and sound.ogg (with vorbis utils) and then I'm trying to create ogm file. On this step I have following problems:
I take OGMerger (port of ogmmerge) and try to create ogm-file - following errors appears: Warnning in get_next_page (OGMerger.cpp) @ 1079 : ogg_sync_pageseek failed, 50 bytes skipped
I try to do ogm with OGMuxer, but I can't set file size (only for splits).
Maybe it is possible to do ogm with mencoder?
