[MEncoder-users] A/V sync issues encoding from huffyuv avi to mpeg2

OK, I've gotten through all my other problems, but a a/v sync issue remains.

My original media, a huffyuv compressed avi with PCM sound data appears 
to have good a/v sync.

When encoding to mpeg2 with:

 mencoder tv.avi -of mpeg -oac lavc -ovc lavc -lavcopts 
vcodec=mpeg2video:vbitrate=5000:keyint=25:acodec=mp2 -noskip -o tvout.mpg

I get a fair amount of audio skew after about an hour; I'd estimate it 
to be around 1/10th of a second.

Any ideas what I can check?
