For encoding? You can't. You need a Linux version. But why use
closed-source binary crap when there are better open-source solutions?
Just try encoding with libavcodec's mpeg4 using only the basic options and
set fourcc to "DIVX" or "DX50" or whatever it is your DVD player needs.
