night_watch_320.mov is a playlist/redirector that points to
night_watch_m320.mov

MPlayer follows the redirection, but mencoder doesn't...  It trys to re-
encode the redirector, which has no video/audio.  Change the URL to
point to the REAL mov file, and mencoder will work.  I would recomend
downloading the video first, then re-encoding it from the local file,
not encoding from the network.
