[MEncoder-users] mencoder skipping frames.

Why is mencoder skipping frames on 24000/1001 progressive content when 
I'm trying to encode with the same -ofps 24000/1001?  When I play back 
the encoded video, I can see the jump in the video at the location where 
a frame skip occured.  Attached is my commandline and the output 
messages from mencoder.  I'm using release pre7.  Can someone explain 
what's happening?
