[MEncoder-users] Mencoder encodes only a few minutes

I captured an AVI file with a length of 1h. Now i tried to encode it to DVD, this command was used:

mencoder -aspect 4:3 -vfm ffmpeg -vf scale=720:576:::::pal -ofps 25 -of mpeg 
-ovc lavc -oac lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg2video:aspect=4/3:vbitrate=6000:vrc_maxrate=6500:
vrc_minrate=4:vrc_buf_size=1835:mbd=2:keyint=15:acodec=mp2:abitrate=224
 -srate 48000 e:\Test.avi -o E:\medvd.vob

After encoding only 3:40 min it stops. At the beginning there is displayed: Trem: 4min.
What's that? Is there a limitation? I played with some options without any success.
What is wrong? PLEASE help me.

Compiled with runtime CPU detection - WARNING - this is not optimal!
To get best performance, recompile MPlayer with --disable-runtime-cpudetection.

OS: The video can be encoded with ffmpeg without any problems.
