Easily?  No.

The lavc audio code is right in mencoder.c, so if you'd like to add AMC,
you just need to add it below "mp2" "bonk" and the rest.  Of course,
that's assuming it doesn't need any special handling like adpcm does.

IMHO, you'd be better off just using ffmpeg.
