[MEncoder-users] convert movie from bgr15 to yv12

Hello,

I have a movie recorded in bgr15 format:

playing this move as above makes it looking strange (colours are bad).
When I play itwith -vo x11 option colours are fine, but playback is
extremly slow (smooth, but a "one second" period lasts longer than
one second). Is it a way to convert this movie with mencoder such
way it can be played e.g. with -vo xv option and have normal colours
and playback speed?
