no, i even tried to encode the audio like this '-channels 6 -lavcopts 
acodec=ac3:br=384' and the video stayed perfectly fluent (but the 
channels got mixed up incorrectly). the problem is with '-oac copy' and 
it does not work with any valid fps's - 25fps nor 24000/1001fps neither 
30000/1001 fps.
