I so far received only two mails outside this thread from you, one being
a top-post so I didn't read down to the sig. The other one I maybe didn't read.

That is not the point, I do not want you of the list, I want you and
your company to behave polite and responsible. I know I sometimes don't meet
these standards either but at least I don't make violating them a
standard (I hope :-) ).
A large sig isn't polite, not only does it waste bandwidth and space, it
distracts from the real text and also in this case due to its legalese form, with
the things in it either covered by general law anyway or not enforcable
it is a piece of EULA-style FUD-text a lot of people here I am certain dislike as
much as I do. I guess there are more elaborate texts about this
somewhere on the internet if you need ammo to convince somebody :-)
And anyway to get you off the list it is only necessary to ask
the list administrator, no vote necessary *g*.
