[MEncoder-users] Converting DIV3 464:352 -> RAW 320:240 fails

Well, the version above yielded the best results in respect to the
number of warnings, but yours works just as well if looking at the
result :)

IOW: Still doesen't work. Video stream gets lost.

OK, I appended mencoder output as mencoder-out and mplayer output as
mplayer-out, both verbose. Hopefully, the list doesen't strip this,
it's quite a lot of text.
