[Libav-user] Is it possible to optimize ff_hevc_deblocking_boundary_strengths()

Hi,

I used perf program to profile ffmpeg hevc decoding performance. And I
found out that
ff_hevc_deblocking_boundary_strengths() took lots of cpu usage.
Is it possible to further optimize this function?
