[Libav-user] How can I use filters like -filter_complex from code?

Hello All,

I'm new to ffmpeg library libav and have written quite a few encoder,
transcoders in pure c using libav libcodec. I found the filter examples but
they were quite inadequate to my requirements. I'm basically coding a
-filter_complex ddgrab equivalent in c.

Any pointers where I should start?
