[Libav-user] reset internal pts state

Hi,

I'm using avformat to mux two streams into an mpegts format. For various
reasons I'm managing pts myself and accounting for the 33bit limitation.
Upon rollover I would like to somehow flag a brief discontinuity or reset
the pts internal state so it doesn't complain about non monotonic dts. Is
this in any way possible without completely tearing down the whole
AVFormatContext?
