[Libav-user] ERROR: libplacebo >= 4.192.0 not found using pkg-config

What is the equivalent of the command:

*libplacebo=format=yuv420p:colorspace=bt470bg:color_primaries=bt709:color_trc=iec61966-2-1:range=pc*

if I want to use zscale ?
