[Libav-user] Wrong FPS after transcoding mkv+h265 into mp4+h264

Hi, I’m trying to create a transcoder with libav. I’ve managed to create the mp4 file but it has wrong FPS.

I’ve experimented a lot with setting frame rate and time base to different structures like format contexts, encoder, encoder context, but nothing seems to help.

I would appreciate any help 🙏.
