[Libav-user] FFPlay there is no command line option to start FFPlay in mute mode (so the end user can then unmute as they wish)

Feature request for FFPlay to have a command line (not end user key command) to mute FFPlay on startup, so an end user can unmute the stream.
The volume option is not practical as setting this to 0, requires the end user to increment slowly to full volume etc.
