[Libav-user] av_parser_init fails for AV_CODEC_ID_ADPCM_G722

Trying to decode audio using FFmpeg 5 or 4 but fail to do so for g722.  The
codec is found but av_parser_init(AV_CODEC_ID_ADPCM_G722) returns null.  Is
this a known issue?  Is there a workaround?  Other codecs including Opus
work fine.  The same issue happens on Windows and MacOS.
