[Libav-user] Decoded frame best_effort_timestamp AV_NOPTS_VALUE in FFmpeg 6.0

Hello
I've just switched from FFmpeg 5.1.3 to 6.0 and noticed that
AVFrame.best_effort_timestamp is empty (AV_NOPTS_VALUE) after returning
from avcodec_receive_frame() function, while in FFmpeg 5.3.1 there was a
valid timestamp.
