[Libav-user] Need to reduce size of ffmpeg.exe for version 5.0.1

1. you can reduce the ffmpeg.exe size via configure to remove what you do
not want.
2. you can wrap the new dll based on libav***.dll. something like:
yourdll.dll
->libavcodec.dll, libavformat.dll etc.

but be noted, if you want to open source yourdll, then you can use a static
link to ffmpeg. means everything you can build into yourdll.dll so that you
just need to deploy this dll.
