[Libav-user] Gdigrab - failed to capture image (error 8)

Hi,

I have desktop application where a camera or desktop is recorded to h264
with mp4 container.

Everything was running perfectly till 2 weeks, which suddenly stopped
working and throwing mentioned error. After some frames it starts throwing
the same error but with error 6.

I have old version of the app, with the same ffmpeg version, same code
running and there is no issue. Really strange. What could be the issue of
that?

My code is basically the `transcoding.c` example from doxygen with small
changes to stream from a device, instead of file.
