[Libav-user] Host the FFmpeg source code on the same webserver as the binary you are distributing.

On google play, right on the app page, I put a link to step by step 
instructions on how to de-package the apk and re-package it with updated 
/ changed / modified lgpl 2 libraries that are packaged with the app.
