[Libav-user] Easy way to extract residual error of each frame from the video?

For each P or B frame, I want to extract the residual error
or prediction error. It seems that I can get motion vectors
easily. But how can I reconstruct the frame using motion
vectors? I dug into the source code and did not find any
easy way to perform this operation.
