[Libav-user] Compiling with libavutil - libavutil/avconfig.h not found

I am currently getting a compiler error saying libavutil/avconfig.h not
found.
This is included from libavutil/common.h
I've just downloaded the latest git, and it's the same, avconfig.h not
found.  And I've searched on github and there common.h still includes
avconfig.h and avconfig.h doesn't exist.

What am I doing wrong?  Or is current git head broken?
