[Libav-user] build FFMPEG ubuntu 16

Hello Richard
many thanks for your advice. You save my life :)
I downloaded ubuntu developer source of ffmpeg with following command :
apt-get source ffmpeg
Now I have got correct symbols in libavxxx .
