[Libav-user] avcodec_send_packet -22 Invalid argument

What development environment are you using?

If using visual studio, my advice would be to download the
ShiftMediaProject version of ffmpeg and it'll allow you to step into
functions and see what's happening and exactly what parameter threw the
error. You have no idea how much time it's saved me.
