[Libav-user] Is it possible to draw a visible static text on H.264 frames without transcoding?

I’m not an expert on H.264, but AFAIK, maybe we can do a hack on the DCT domain of an IDR frame.
Could someone expert give me a trick?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
