[Libav-user] Quantization Parameters of a macroblock

Hello,

I want to know if it's possible to have the quatization parameter's value
of a given macroblock in ffmpeg while using mpeg4 encoder.
If yes, please tell me what struct element give this value. Is it the
(int qscale)  value of MpegEncContext struct or an other value of
an other struct?
