Leak disappeared after removal

_pFormatCtx->streams[_videoStreamIdx]->codec->thread_count = _avThreadCount;
_pFormatCtx->streams[_videoStreamIdx]->codec->active_thread_type =
_avThreadType;
but decoding slowed down a lot.
