[Libav-user] about id3v2 tag encoding question

Hi

wanna know how to force decode charset to unicode to avoid displaying
question mark like below when reading ID3 tags ?

 genre:
 comment:
 title: ???
 track: 04

in title field:
54 49 54 32 00 00 00 0b 00 00 01 ff fe a2 7e ab 73 70 74 00
