[Libav-user] Error reading data at avcodec_send_packet

Hi,

I'm new at libav library development.
I'm developing a video player in linux but I'm having a difficulty with
avcodec_send_packet.
It is returning some weird value "-1094995529" and spamming in my terminal:

[h264 @ 0xe265a0] No start code is found.
[h264 @ 0xe265a0] Error splitting the input into NAL units.
